Rates and delivery

Shipping rates are calculated by our suppliers. Delivery estimates, when available, are shown at checkout. Processing and delivery times vary by product, supplier and destination. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Multiple shipments

Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages, with separate tracking details and shipping charges shown at checkout.

Tracking and order help

Tracking information is provided when your order ships. Please check your delivery address before placing an order. For an address change, shipping delay, missing package or damaged delivery, contact us through our contact page with your order number. Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.
