Terms of service

Linen & Meadow Terms of Service

These terms describe shopping with Linen & Meadow. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, dimensions, materials and available options are provided on the product pages. Please review them before ordering. Colors may look different depending on your screen. Stock and availability can change.

Prices and checkout

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in our store. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. Please review your selected items, quantities, delivery address and final total before paying. Prices and offers may change for future purchases.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. If a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment for items that cannot be supplied. If we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than change your charges without your agreement.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Products ship directly from our supplier partners and may arrive separately. Please read our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy for delivery, return and cancellation details.

Using our website

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, access another person’s account, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person’s information.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you browse or shop with us.

Updates and your rights

The current version of these terms is available on this page. Updates apply to future use and orders and do not remove rights relating to an existing purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
